Our accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEPs) are highly qualified health providers that are committed in delivering individually tailored exercise programs that are suited to your health needs.

Our AEPS are trained in health coaching, cognitive behaviour therapy to help patients develop lifelong behavioural changes regarding nutrition and physical activity. We offer a positive and supportive environment, encouraging patients to take ownership of their development, rehabilitation or disease management program.

Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists are University qualified and hold additional qualifications in health coaching, Flinders Chronic Condition Management, My Health for Life (pre-diabetes and heart disease), WorkCover requirements and Heart Foundation training.
